Workflow Lead Orthodontic Aligner Solutions (m/w/d)

As

Workflow Lead, Orthodontic Aligner Solutions you'll Senior professional to be the key liaison between the global Marketing function team and the local marketing team in-region. This person will provide data-driven analysis to support optimized campaign execution and performance optimization across various marketing channels and will be the voice representing the regional requirements and dynamics for all operational initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provides input on customer needs regional level (i.e., 'Would sales value having this in the bag?')
  • Provides input on customer needs and supports the global roadmap
  • Develops local business case, tailors value proposition to region, and executes GTM strategy
  • Organizes regional training / educational events for customers
  • Provide regional guideline for the international top KOL ́s
  • Owns E2E frontline training for sales and accountlevel execution
  • Owns regional digital / omnichannel strategy, develops digital campaigns
  • Owns the regional events strategy for its workflow

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • University Degree. Post grade high valuable in direction of Business /technology / science
  • Able to work effectively with a diverse
    VIRTUAL group of crossfunctional stakeholders and communicate across a broad range of nationalities and cultures
  • Strong leadership skills and people management experience
  • 10 years of experience in med tech/ healthcare companies
  • International exposure: leadership in a multicountry role and/or undertaken international assignment in a multicultural, matrixed business
  • Experience leading organizations through significant shifts in strategy and structure and proven success in driving market strategy into execution across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated success leading significant portfolio and building brands, including annual and longterm marketing plan
  • Relevant functional skills in healthcare / dental / technology marketing, forecasting, advertising, market research, customers promotion, P&L management, and business planning.
  • Excellent team player and networker
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA region <10%
