YOUR TASKS:


  • Careful laying of the fiber composite material according to the available drawings and construction documents
  • Carrying out vacuum tests for curing the components in the autoclave
  • Operation cutting plotter, Kuka robot, winding machine and Weiler turning machine
  • Preparation and repair of aluminum, CFRP and epoxy tools
  • Operation of hardening furnaces (autoclaves) and process monitoring
  • Component demoulding after completed hardening process
  • Assembly of various fixtures
  • Documentation during production
  • Cooperation in the identification of improvement opportunities
  • Working with ERP system
  • Reading documentation and working according to instructions
  • Crossfunctional collaboration with related departments
