You are well placed for this position, if you have
- a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering and min. 7 years of professional experience in operations in the oil sector, including min. 3 years in a management position with strong leadership record. Experience in supply with DIESEL, management of petroleum terminals or petroleum transport
- qualities for analyzing, communicating effectively, writing (procedures), synthesizing, simplifying and resolving problems
- experience in trading and supply.

We need you to be organized, able to work under pressure with strict timelines. Your ability to manage, motivate a team and support positively a growth agenda is a must.

This position requires autonomy, strong personal commitment and excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

• You must be fluent in English (Bright >4) and one of HUB languages (German, Hungarian, Serbian/Croatian, Slovenian). Fluent in French or Greek is a plus.

Operations Manager for AS24 in Vienna (M/F/x)
This position will be based in Vienna, Austria

salary level:
from € up, based on experience and entry level

Your main activities will be


- Health - Safety - Environment - Quality

You will be responsible for all HSEQ related issues and make sure that all rules and procedures are well respected.

You will perform safety tours and ensure the quality of products and services.


- Leadership & Management

You will manage and represent the AS24 operations on the HUB perimeter working closely with your team as well as the management.

Keeping procedures up to date and making sure that our business complies with all legal, regulatory and Company rules is one of your top priorities.

You represent the HUB's operations internally and externally towards authorities and partners embodying Companies Values of Good Governance and the unconditional respect of the Code of Conduct.

You create and manage your budget in close cooperation with your management.


- Supply, Pricing and Profitability Management

You are an experienced manager providing the most cost efficient and Company compliant term supply for the network of stations in the HUB with annual tenders and permanent negotiations, daily follow-up and monitoring of orders, forecasts and supply performance.

Where needed, you manage spot supplies with the same diligence shown towards cost efficiency and compliance.

You lead the pricing department and ensure daily the right price to provide volume and margin together with the best market competitivity for AS24 customers.

The continuous analysis and optimization of the stations' profitability is your daily concern.


- Development, Investment, Construction, Maintenance

While continuously developing the network on the HUB's territory, you prepare and present investment files and execute investment with technical team and suppliers.

You are an expert in providing an excellent system for preventative and curative maintenance.

Contract Management

• You Manage suppliers' contracts effectively through regular quality checks, negotiation and interaction with suppliers. Creating effective longterm winwin relationships with key suppliers is one of your strengths.
