Tasks & Responsibilities:

You work on varied activities to support the team in day2day activities and agile projects
Setup and ongoing management of our internal IT Process Framework (similar to ITIL) for our products and services
You will get the opportunity take over ownership for working packages and initiatives
You will work in an agile team and in an innovative environment on the pulse of time


Requirements & Experiences:

You have an interest in Information Technology, IT Service & Application Management
You are open minded, open to new technologies/methods and like working in teams. You want to learn and grow. You adapt quickly to changing situations
You are fluent in English and German and you like to work in a team


Mandatory Skills:

Affinity for IT processes and IT lifecycle management (incident management, release management, change management,)
You have very good knowledge of Office 365 tools.


Nice To Have:

Practical experience in the payments and cash management
Experience with requirements engineering and business analysis
Hands-on experience with agile and adaptive working methodologies (Dev-Ops/Scrum/Kanban)
Basic programming skills and knowledge of (Oracle) SQL
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
