CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As a member of our project management team you'll initiate, manage and coordinate cross-functional programs within Operations and subsequently plan and manage derived cross-functional projects to ensure project health and successful implementation of requested solutions.

You'll drive, allocate and track deliverables, work packages and overall project progress.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY

WORKSHOPS & MEETINGS

You'll get the chance to prepare project and steering meetings oriented to the dedicated target group (senior management, project contributors, business experts).

You'll also schedule, organize and host project workshops and determine the best approach to gain the expected outcome.

REQUIREMENT DEFINITION & SOLUTION DESIGN
You'll provide objective and neutral perspectives to avoid isolated or stand-alone solutions and support end-to-end integration.

You'll also challenge and facilitate necessity, scope and target definition processes (together with project stakeholders) to achieve commitment of the steering committee.

IMPROVEMENT OF PM STANDARDS & METHODS

Lastly, you'll raise ideas and highlight areas of improvement to increase majority level of our project management approach, method collection and tool setup.

Qualifications:

5 years of professional experience in a program-/project management role with focus on Supply Chain or Operations

Conceptual strength and holistic view

High flexibility, strong drive and team commitment

Capability to communicate precisely, effectively, convincingly, and facts-based with internal and external stakeholders

End-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred

Bachelor's degree (or similar) with strong focus on project management, supply chain management or process management

Fluent in English, German is a plus

Additional Information:

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.405,00 gross per month.

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
