Borealis supplies products and services to customers across the globe. OMV's Fuels & Feedstock business produces and markets fuels as well as feedstock for the chemical industry, operates three refineries in Europe, and holds a 15% stake in a refining joint venture in the UAE. OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.
Our business
Your tasks
Act as an Executive Board sparring partner to support defining, implementing and monitoring the Energy business area.
Lead engagement teams to analyze performance and business transformation related requests from Executive Board and provide insights/scenarios for support of decision making.
Analyze market developments and opportunities in OMVs Energy sector while actively engaging with senior leadership team as well as developing and reviewing business cases to underpin strategic priorities.
Define story outlines and concepts for internal (e

g:
Leadership Workshops) and external events (Panel discussions, external conferences) for the Energy Executive Board Member.

Create high quality presentations and reports for OMV Energy's internal and external reporting obligations and continuously improving reporting quality and consistency.
Collaborate closely with all major OMV stakeholders, the OMV Energy leadership community and corporate functions to continuously improve quality of content and collaboration.

Your profile

University Master Degree/Diploma in the field of Business Administration, Consultancy, Project Management or similar.
At least 12 years of relevant professional experience in the field of business consultancy and/or strategy as well as several years ́ experience as a strategic management consultant on senior management/board level.
Proven track record in interacting with business executives.
Extensive knowledge experience in the fields of transformation, change management and business operating system design and implementation.
Detailed understanding of various dimensions of different operating models such as operational strategy, governance, process and technology.
Experience with delivering projects and knowhow of agile methods.
Excellent problem solving capabilities and communication skills in pair with experience in public speaking.
Advanced English and German language skills.
