In support of our existing team, we are currently looking for:

Senior Communication Specialist (M/F/d)

Responsibilities

Develops and executes strategic communication plans/projects and PR campaigns in the area of Oncology and Vaccines
Plays a proactive role in consulting and supporting the Business Units goals through creative and strategic communication activities
Manages, develops, and organizes communication activities such as media cooperations, press conferences and awareness projects
Develops messaging materials such as media briefings, presentations, narratives, press releases and further communication materials
Drives agenda setting for relevant topics within media
Cooperates with regional and global Communication colleagues for best practice sharing to increase and benefit from learning culture
Supports a crossfunctional way of working and mindset with all relevant functions

Qualification

Academic degree (Communication, Journalism, Public Relation, or related field) at minimum Bachelor ́s level, Master ́s preferred
At least 6 years' experience in related communications and/or marketing communications with omnichannel approach within health care sector
Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or in a highly regulated industry a strong asset

Skills and competencies

Highly motivated person with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities faced
Demonstrates good understanding of the business and regulatory environment in which we communicate
Ability to succeed in a highly regulated and highvisibility environment
Passion to support digitalization within teams and organization and openness to try new approaches
Team Player with handson mindset and welldeveloped project management skills
Excellent writing, oral, presentation and communication skills
Fluent communication in German and English (written/verbal)
Very good network established with local and national media as well as good knowledge about online and social media communication
