Your daily tasks will include
placing the user into the centre of your activities

collecting and defining requirements of users and customer by conducting interviews, focus groups, etc.

designing intuitive and consistent user interfaces

preparing and leading usability tests to make software solutions easier-to-use and increase the user experience

enabling a shared understanding by writing use cases and user stories

working closely with project teams, product owners and customers

These skills will make you succeed in this role

several years of experience as UX Designer and with working on projects independently

working user-oriented and questioning circumstances and requirements

knowing your design tools and creating consistent user interfaces (we mainly use Figma)

well-versed in UX (research, design, prototyping and evaluation) and the ability to design for diverse device sizes and platforms

engaging the audience when presenting requirements, designs and results of usability tests

excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German

For Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
