As the Assistant to the Global SVP of Media Partnerships, you'll not only support the leadership team but also spearhead innovative strategies and projects that drive success on a global scale.

IN A NUTSHELL
This role will support the Global SVP of Media Partnerships and the leadership team in achieving their goals.

As the Assistant - Global Media Partnerships, you'll be responsible for collaborating closely with team leaders to strategize, drive success, manage day-to-day operations, oversee special projects, and expand the Red Bull Media Network's global presence.


COORDINATION & SUPPORT
You'll align with the head of the department to create a proactive, positive, and growth-oriented atmosphere for the team.

You'll strategically assess risks and benefits of all business matters related to the head of the department and the team.

Collaborating with all Media House and Brand executive assistants, as well as leadership members, you'll determine and prioritize business strategies.

You'll support the team leader in all business needs, maximize efficiencies within the SVP's calendar, coordinate travel and accommodations for the SVP, and handle all administrative tasks related to the head of the department.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You'll be responsible for finding efficiencies within the team.

You'll support the team in reaching KPIs by setting goals, deadlines, and managing the resource of time for specific projects.

Ensuring that the SVP and heads of departments are aware of deadlines and projects for on-time submission will also be part of your responsibilities.

You'll delegate work appropriately and support the needs of team members to reach those goals and deadlines.


TEAM MANAGEMENT
You'll support heads of departments for organizational needs related to meetings and calendars. At the individual and team level, you'll problem-solve to resolve roadblocks and find creative solutions to optimize performance.

Strategizing opportunities and supporting the ambitions of individual team members to foster growth positively benefiting Red Bull at large will be a key focus.

Additionally, you'll provide tactical support to implement ideas of the leader and the team, acting as the point of contact for any needs internally and externally to provide the quickest solutions from the team.


Qualifications:

4+ years of experience working firsthand as an executive assistant.

4+ years of building strategic partnerships and executing projects with proven successful results.

Ability to quickly adapt and find solutions for internal and external curveballs and roadblocks with ease.

Inspiring leadership qualities that energize and motivate team to reach full potential creating individual fulfillment and team accomplishments.

Effectively balance multiple projects and tasks while driving overall strategic vision to reach goals.

Team player mentality with a motivating and positive outlook and excellent communication skills (English language).


Additional Information:


Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month.

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
