Transfer Coordinator (f/m/d), Kundl, Austria

Your key responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for metrics in respective area.
  • Provide training in respective area.
  • Supports, initiates and leads continuous improvement activities for the quality assurance systems on site e.g document management, change control and training.
  • Ensures that quality assurance systems e.g. document management, change control system, training, escalation management and risk management are in compliance with local and global requirements.
  • Efficient department management in accordance with annual plan (budget / activities / timelines) and defined objectives.
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) The position is supposed to supply transfer activities of sterile APIs from Kundl to Palafolls as transfer coordinator.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:


Essential:


  • Bachelor or Master's degree in microbiology, biotechnology, biology, pharmacy or other equivalent natural science.
  • 35 years experiences in related areas.
  • Project Management experience.
  • English fluent written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, time management and priority setting skills.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement.

For this position the minimum salary is EUR /year (on a full time basis).

The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
