Key Account Manager Austria


The Purpose:
As Off Trade Key Account Manager Austria you will be taking care of the retail customer accounts.

You will be reporting directly into the Country Manager Austria and Switzerland while being supervised & mentored by the National Key Account Manager taking care of the full channel.

The role:

• Manage yearly negotiations with your accounts
• Set up and ensure annual promo planning
• Ensure listing of new to be introduced SKUs
• Attend monthly meetings to discuss performance, profitability & forecasts
• Analyze volumes and performance reports and take appropriate actions with customers
• Track performance versus plan and initiate additional activities to ensure budgeted results are delivered

Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree, preferably in Business Administration/Economics
• At least 3+ years of Horeca/commercial experience preferably within FMCG sales
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
• Target driven and a "dream big" mindset going the extra mile to deliver results
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
