Industry-Automotive (retail, showrooms, dealerships) we are hiring a Global Key Account Manager. In this role you have a fixed assignment of corresponding accounts. Hence you lead and coordinate complex tenders (RFPs), rollouts, projects and often turnkey solutions with your Key Account customer.

  • You actively drive all actions in regards of developing and maintaining new and existing Key Accounts.
  • You guide and support national Key Account Managers in their countries. Hence you independently promote the internationalization of national accounts in collaboration with the local KAMs and sales organizations.
  • You actively manage salesprojects determining scope, setting milestones, track progress, deliverables and objectives in accordance with all stakeholders requirements and tender documents.
  • You persistently map requirements of internal and external resources and guide the responsible local key account manager and bid team in the quotation and tender phase (Key account manager, lighting designers, back office etc.)

You are having fun making things happen, negotiating, selling and closing deals in context with global prestigious customers? Than we are looking for you

  • You have already gained professional experience in an international business in a comparable environment (sales, product management or a related area).

A MUST HAVE is, that you are eager to be successful in this sales-project role and fluent in German and English language (spoken and written).

  • Ideally you have experience in working with CRM, ERP system (e.g. SAP) and with product knowledge in lighting business and lighting calculations.
  • Beside the your ability to work in a team, you demonstrate strong project management
- and people guiding skills to manage these complex sales-projects successfully.

  • Regarding to your creativesolution, customer oriented, highly motivated
- and sales driven personality you deliver smart approaches which let you work effective.

  • In the end, you appreciate to work in an international environment and you are willing to travel up to 50%.
