Your Profile:

Several years of experience in similar positions
Good knowledge of the most important real estate markets in CEE
Knowledge in reading balance sheets and purchase price calculations
Very good German & English skills (min. C1)
Strong communication skills
Assertiveness, flexibility and affinity for numbers
High ability to team work and to structure, organize and overview processes

Your Responsibilities:

Preparation and execution of real estate transactions (purchases and sales of properties)
Independent structuring and support of transaction processes (business case calculation, financial data review, legal structure)
Coordination of external service providers
Independent conduct of negotiations
Interface to internal and external partners (law firms, technical advisers, agencies)

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 3.900 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
