The mission of UniCredit S.p.

A., Permanent Establishment Vienna is to perform activities on behalf of the Holding, primarily in the field of management and financial control, of legal support to various projects as well as other activities which are - for reasons of management and functionality - easier and more logical performed locally in Austria.

The Specialized Lending Central Europe & Eastern Europe Team is focused on developing and implementing financial solutions through a variety of different products (project finance, corporate structured finance, leveraged finance).

Being the leading bank in the region we are providing lending and advisory services to top notch industrial clients and real asset funds, thereby covering multiple sectors.

What you can expect from us:
You will have the chance to experience and learn how to:

Build financial models
Conduct transaction due diligence, including financial analysis and market research
Draft credit and other internal memos
Prepare deal information memoranda and client pitchbooks

What we expect from you:

University student attending a Bachelor or a Master
Fluency in English
Fulltime availability
Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Additional language skills desirable but not essential
