We are looking for an
Invoicing & AR Specialist (f/m/d) with a passion for customers who will support the full spectrum of operations and reporting.

In this highly collaborative position you will
partner cross-functionally with all teams
to ensure accurate revenue recognition,
invoicing, and
reporting in a successful, international SaaS company.

This is a
full-time position working from our offices in
Vienna,
Katowice and
Sofia or
fully
remote from
  • Austria
    , Germany,
  • Bulgaria
    and Poland.

Some of the things you'll work on**:


  • Manage the
  • Accounts Receivable processes, including customer intake, weekly and monthly invoicing, credit memo, and monthly reporting.
-
Review customer contracts for proper invoicing treatment and compliance with revenue recognition requirements.
-
Generate customer invoices and supporting documentation for submission to customers on time.

  • Perform* daily cash management duties*, including recording bank deposits and posting cash to the accounts receivable subledger.
  • Complete, provide and maintain documents and online portals required by clients for processing invoices.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to
    resolve collections issues (dunning & collection).
  • Support* monthend close procedures* by preparing the accrual and reserve calculations, processing journal entries and completing revenue and accounts receivable related account reconciliations and fluctuation analysis.
  • Provide support for yearend audit activities.
  • Assist in designing and implementing revenue and accounts receivable procedures and identify areas for improvement.

We're excited if you have:

-
3+ years of experience
in full-cycle AR accounting and
invoicing.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Knowledge of
    Local GAAP and
    IFRS accounting.
  • Experience with
    NetSuite (Oracle) or other ERPs.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent
    analytical skills with high attention to detail, critical thinking, and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • The ability to be flexible, an outstanding communicator with excellent skills in accuracy, organisation and time management.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of customers in various industries.
  • Verbal and written fluency in
    English. German is a plus.
