About the job


In the role of an Industrial Sales Manager, you are responsible for maintaining a cooperative relationship with our customers in the cement industry.

While attending to our customers' needs as a primary point of contact, you will obtain orders from existing as well as potential markets.

Therefore, it is important that you have a customer-centric attitude supported by a strong technical and commercial background. You organize your everyday tasks independently and you complete your daily goals efficiently. You should understand the unique demands of each of our clients and present them with tailor-made solutions.

In this position you will also see through the entire sales process from offer to cash with the support of a qualified team.

During work you will be traveling (inter)nationally approx. 40% of the time.


In addition, your tasks will include

  • Sales forecasts, demand planning & management of receivables
  • Financial planning related to rolling forecasts, market pricing conditions, annual business plans, inventory management
  • Conducting price and contract negotiations
  • Preparing quotes based on pricing strategies in alignment with RHI Magnesita commercial management standards

You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo.

What we expect from you in terms of

  • Technical background will be considered a significant asset

  • English
  • Proficient/Fluent


  • French

Work Experience

  • First professional experience in Sales
  • Basic knowledge of the refractory industry and/or cement industry

The annual gross salary for this position will start from €65.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
