Responsibilities:


  • Further development of the integrated management system together with the management and the site manager
  • Technical management of crossdepartmental topics up to taking over projects at the site, in the European network or in the Klüber Group
  • Conducting internal system, process and product audits
  • Participation in supplier audits
  • Implementation of standard requirements (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3)
  • Collaboration in the implementation of customerspecific requirements
  • Application of established quality tools for continuous process improvement
  • Preparation of reports
  • Maintenance of the process map and creation of the necessary process documentation
  • Participation in internal trainings
  • Initiation of important interdepartmental error prevention and improvement activities (e.g. FMEA, OPEX)
  • Ensuring and accompanying certification audits
  • Informing and advising management on legal requirements
  • Maintenance and further development of the key performance indicator system
  • Complaint processing

Qualifications:


  • Technical or chemical education (university, FH, HTL, or similar)
  • Extensive knowledge of standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3)
  • Completed auditor training (1st and 2nd party auditor IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 process auditor)
  • Good IT and English skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
  • Basic knowledge of product liability law
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Willingness for continuous development
  • Ideally, initial experience in environmental and occupational safety management
