We're looking for a (Junior) Logistics Specialist, with a focus on Fulfillment and Contract Logistics, to strengthen our International Logistics Department.
You will act as a company internal expert, being the point of reference for other departments answering questions and solving logístical challenges.

FULFILLMENT & CONTRACT LOGISTICS
You will...
Manage a defined set of 3PLs and fulfillment partners
Conduct stakeholder management between our internal business units and our 3PLs
Monitor and control the required services and related costs
Tackle deviations from the agreed performance levels
Adjust service requirements to changing needs of our stakeholders
(Re)-negotiate rates with the 3PLs for the various services, if needed
Lead and support upcoming and ongoing tenders
PERFORMANCE
You will...
Be responsible to monitor the service levels provided by our partners
Develop and implement initiatives
Improve logistic performance, together with our 3PLs and internal stakeholders
Steer our partners with an athlete mindset striving always for improved results
REPORTING & BILLING
You will...
Be the first point of contact for our service providers for all data and reporting topics
Assure costs being aligned to service agreement
Grant the accuracy and the respect of all the tasks to be executed by our service providers
Be able to read through the set of reports and the figures provided, highlighting proactively issues and triggering first mitigation initiatives
Provide ad-hoc information for our Logistics Department and internal stakeholders
IT-SYSTEM & PROCESSES
You will...
Understand, monitor and control the existing logistics related processes internally and in our ERP, as well as within our 3PLs
Identify opportunities for the improvement of existing IT-systems and processes and
Trigger and drive related initiatives, to increase efficiencies, transparency and integration with, both internal and external stakeholders
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- University degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or industrial engineering
- Academic knowhow and handson experience in the planning and execution of logistics processes within a warehouse, with an emphasis on ecommerce fulfillment
- Proven capability of working in a demanding environment, able to selforganize and manage different varying tasks
- Proven record in problemsolving
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Accuracy in the execution and ability to prioritize are required
- Willingness to learn, grow and to take on challenges
- Superior ability to speak and write in English, German is welcome
- Full proficiency in MS Office
- Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 is a plus
