Our ÖKOLAB/Research & Development team is looking for reinforcement in the area of Reduced Risks Product Development Center/Administration at our Vienna location (16th district / directly U3 Ottakring):

R&D Team Assistant (f/m/d)

This is what your workday with us looks like:

Provide administrative support to our RRP team, especially in terms of travel management, time & attendance, meetings, postage, office supplies or secretarial ad-hoc requests
Provide SAP transactional support by creating purchase requisitions and goods receipting in SAP
Manage tracking of departmental budgets/actuals and report monthly to ensure that annual financial commitments are met
Manage receipt of goods and samples, associated registration and maintenance of inventories in our tax warehouse as well as associated reporting to our internal tax department
Act as key liaison with other internal and inhouse functions
Your work will be done mostly in English.

Who you are and what you bring:

A completed commercial/business administration degree on "Matura"-level or equivalent background
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in team administrative support, ideally in an R&D / technical environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
A positive, handson attitude and the passion to look beyond the horizon
