To support our Controlling team we are searching for a Investment Controller for immediate appointment:

Investment Controller (f/m/d)
Your Tasks

  • Budget alignments with local and group stakeholders (CTOs, Group department heads, regional COOs)
  • Develop, maintain and promote CAPEX budget templates, procedures and tools
  • Ensure completeness/correctness of CAPEX Budgets and forecasts in BCS, CapEx Management Tool, Qlik and other relevant systems
  • Proactively contribute to all future improvement / evaluation of new tools related to CAPEX
  • Challenge deviations to original business cases (with Finance Business Partners and local management teams)
  • Provide feedback to Senior Management on results of postinvestment review
  • Compile annual CAPEX budgets and quarterly Best Forecasts in CAPEX tools
  • Ad hoc reporting to Group board and other stakeholders
  • Maintain Group Investment reports according to the Board / COOs needs
  • Report on contribution of Special CAPEX initiatives
Your Profile

  • Completed education in Business Administration / Economics, with focus on Finance
  • Experience in Auditing/ Accounting/ Controlling or Consolidation
  • Strong competence in verifying data and financial KPIs
  • Excellent command in English; any other European language would be beneficial
  • IT affinity and strong skills in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellence communication skills and experience in anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Team player with an ability to work on own initiative
  • Enthusiastic, motivational, committed and driven in style
