OCCASIONS


As a member of the Occasions Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders on global projects and campaigns.

Your primary responsibilities will include the creative development of new cartoons, support the limited edition packaging process, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of ongoing market support for our colleagues worldwide.


PRODUCT INITIATIVES & PORTFOLIO


In your role as a Global Initiatives Trainee, you will support the Global Brand Marketing team in driving business through implementation of the ideal portfolio in all markets.

You'll support new Red Bull launches across the globe from start to end as well as other Red Bull portfolio topics for selected markets.

You'll work in close collaboration with Operations & Legal & external agencies on i.e. new can design, new product launches, packshots, etc.


ANALYTICS


As part of the Global Marketing Analytics & Data Science team, you'll play a role in the analytical & modelling capabilities leveraging our international marketing data.

You will help to provide data-driven actions & insights for diverse markets across the marketing mix (related to range, pricing, promotions, paid advertising, earned, managed owned, the consumer etc.) playing a vital part in shaping the brands future.


GLOBAL STUDENT EVENTS


Showcase your event management skills within our Student Marketing team by bringing to life our global student participatory events in the likes of 'Red Bull Doodle Art', 'Red Bull Campus Clutch' or 'Red Bull Can You Make It?'.

These are the largest events at Red Bull spanning across 60+ markets, engaging millions of students worldwide and leading to exciting world finals in different parts of the globe.


GLOBAL INTERNAL EVENTS & TRAININGS
Work on global internal events—trainings, meetings and workshops, hosted in our HQ and abroad.

Utilize your event and project management skills to drive in-person and online training development and stellar execution with love for the details, benefiting diverse stakeholders, ranging from new joiners to our country marketing leadership teams.


DIRECT TO CONSUMER COMMUNICATION

ADVERTISING CREATIVE
In this role, you can shape the future of the advertising world with your creative mindset.

You'll contribute to launching new campaigns, including flankers and new products, while supporting the team by enhancing training materials and gathering best practices for local brand departments.

A key responsibility involves co-curating and collaborating on new campaigns and managing supporting agencies.


CONSUMER INSIGHTS AND RESEARCH


The Consumer Insights team leads our global market research activities, playing a crucial role in shaping the Global Brand Marketing strategy.

Your role involves learning the fundamentals and principles of market research, delivering insights to key stakeholders across various countries and HQ departments, and preparing and visualizing data to examine and summarize existing research.

Additionally, you will act as a business partner for new projects worldwide.

Your responsibilities will also include developing data integration processes, integrating data into the SAP system, supporting reporting platforms, and ensuring data quality.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver who is eager to grow in a dynamic environment.


Qualifications:

You're a recent Graduate or you'll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2024.


You've gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.


You're a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Programme in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.


Additional Information:


Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,124 gross per month.
