Job Description
We are looking for educated opticians with industry experience to join our Alcon team in Vienna:

• Professional Affairs communication (integrated approach)
• Development and implementation of technical product argumentation in line with international strategy
• Training of local organisation, including marketing & sales
• Support of marketing department to ensure professional communication & argumentation in all ECP communication
• Foster Alcon Vision Care’s technical company & product reputation through active participation and speeches at fairs, professional events and product roadshows
• Lead and operation of Academy for Eyecare Excellence
• Development, lead and operation of KOF/ambassador network
• Professional Affairs budget planning and tracking
• Active contribution to the Alpine Vision Care strategies

Minimum requirements
• apprenticeship as optician
• 2 years’ experience in contact lens fitting
• German and English fluently
• Industry experience, ideally shop leader/owner (contact lense area)
• Advanced optical customer understanding (ideally glasses, frames or contact lenses)
• Developed industry network, preferably industry experience
• Knowhow in project management
• Strong presentation skills in German
• Strong IT office skills (Mail, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Travelling up to 40%
