Executive Assistant to the CEO (f/m/x)

Thales in Austria is a full system provider and global supplier of train control technology and traffic management systems (e.g. European Train Control System (ETCS), Electronic interlockings, Operation Control Centers and dispatching systems, Field elements).

As an executive assistant to the CEO you will take responsibility and ownership especially for the following tasks:

Your CHALLENGE- Act as active and professional interface between the management and especially the second management level on behalf of the CEO- Manage and maintain the CEO ́s schedule, including arranging meetings, coordinating travel itineraries, ensuring compliance with travel policies and handling related administrative tasks.- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.- First point of contact for various contacts and stakeholders (internal and external)- Takeover of the ownership for defined national or international tasks Preparation of content-related presentations and decision templates for the management and supervisory board meetings as well as meetings of other committees- Preparation of the Management Board Meetings for the CEO including participation- Oversee multiple approval processes for requests, including but not limited to vacations, travel, and home office.


Your PROFILE- Relevant education, preferably in business administration, economics, or equivalent, along with relevant professional experience.- Passionate team player with strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working- Strategic and analytical thinking are integral components of your personality- Time management and prioritization capabilities, being able to succeed under tight deadlines and time constraints- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing conflicting schedules and handling multiple strategic projects- Proactive, trustworthy and hands-on personality - you act reliably on your own initiative- Fluent in English and German, third language advantageous- Proficient in MS Office and skilled in the effective use of contemporary digital tools.

- Preferably basic knowhow in Project Management

We OFFER- The legal minimum remuneration for this position is € 45.000;
- gross p.a (IT KV). Actual compensation is based on experience and qualification.
