- Erstellung von Newslettern und Websiteinhalten in Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Marketing-Abteilung
- Pflege der internen Vertriebsdokumente
- Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen
- Unterstützung bei Messen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Idealerweise 3 - 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in Bearbeitung von öffentlichen Ausschreibungen
- Branchenkenntnisse in der Messe- und Eventbranche wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Consulting im IT-Bereich von Vorteil
- Analytische und ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum unternehmerischen, lösungsorientierten und vernetzten Denken
- Genaue, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 30 – 40% innerhalb des DACH-Raums
