 Project Manager & Team Leader ASS Satellite Communications support project 

I have had the privilege of leading both my team and the project, overseeing the management and coordination of client support in the context of satellite communications service contracts. In this role, I have effectively directed and supervised the Technical Operations team, proactively addressing concerns and delegating tasks. Additionally, I have been actively engaged in technical responsibilities, including direct communication with customers, the management of satellite communications, and the customer platforms. My expertise extends to the company's own technologies as Dialog, Evolution, Velocity, also working with IoT terminals and different satellite segments.

My role has encompassed various facets of project management, including project, time, and risk management, as well as budgeting for services. I have taken on the vital responsibility of onboarding new team members, ensuring a seamless integration into our operations. Furthermore, I have been actively involved in task assignment to my teammates and have conducted meetings and training sessions in English, to both team members and customers alike.

In essence, my role has involved a multifaceted approach, where leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication have been paramount to our success.
