I recently had the special opportunity to work as a Customer Care Specialist for a well known fintech, based in Vienna, where I was trained on cryptocurrencies, personal data change, transaction management, scam/fraud risk and general account issues and worked successfully solving customer request tickets mostly in the Italian, English and German languages through different platforms (ZenDesk, BOSS, Onfido and more). I really enjoyed helping customers and received an impressive amount of positive feedbacks.

I worked since I was a teenager for my family's restaurant which formed my cooking, selling and waiting experience, here, I improved and practiced my language skills, mainly English, while recognizing and fulfilling any customer request with the use of the proper communication skills.
