With a robust academic background and a decade of hands-on experience, I am a dedicated Physical Education and Sports Scientist who specializes in the intricate world of rhythmic gymnastics. My journey in the sports domain is backed by two master's degrees: one focusing on the administration of cultural units and the other on sports administration, particularly in the realm of dance. This blend of academia and fieldwork equips me with a unique perspective, allowing me to approach rhythmic gymnastics with both a scientific and artistic lens. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of mentoring high-level female athletes, instilling in them not just the techniques of the sport, but also the discipline, passion, and commitment that come with it. Whether in a research setting or on the gym floor, my mission is to elevate the standards of sports education and training.

Με μια δεκαετία εμπειρίας, έχω εξειδίκευση στην ανταγωνιστική ρυθμική γυμναστική, δίνοντας καθοδήγηση σε επίλεκτες αθλήτριες για να αξιοποιήσουν στο έπακρο τις δυνατότητές τους. Πέρα από το γυμναστήριο, έχω συνεισφέρει στη σφαίρα της πολιτιστικής εκπαίδευσης ως μουσειοπαιδαγωγός στο Ολυμπιακό Μουσείο Θεσσαλονίκης, εμπλουτίζοντας τους επισκέπτες με τη βαθιά κληρονομιά του αθλητισμού. Συμπληρώνοντας τους πρακτικούς μου ρόλους, εμβαθύνω στην επιστήμη του αθλητισμού ως ερευνητής στο εργαστήριο εμβιομηχανικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης, εξερευνώντας την περίπλοκη δυναμική της ανθρώπινης κίνησης.
