I am an IT Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft-based environments, working extensively with Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and modern device management across multiple companies, including SKIDATA, ATG, Centric, H&M, and Tavana IT. My background includes technical support, on-site troubleshooting, network administration, and SLA-driven incident management. I specialize in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft infrastructure and end-user systems to ensure reliable and secure operations.

In addition to my technical expertise, I bring leadership and coordination skills from managing security teams at Arlanda Airport and serving as a concept leader and coach in martial arts. These roles strengthened my communication, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities. I combine hands-on technical competence with strong people skills to deliver effective, user-focused IT solutions.

My training is focused on Microsoft cloud and enterprise environments, with practical experience in Azure, Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration across all my IT roles. Alongside my technical development, an interesting part of my background is that I attended the Swedish Police Academy between my IT roles.
