After completing my Doctoral degree from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2008, I worked as Software developer (Computational Fluid Dynamics: CFD), project Manager (Consultancy and Sponsored Projects) for last 18 Years (including my Doctoral & master's Research: experimental and numerical). 

Throughout my career, I have managed and worked on various projects using Project Management principles and acquired a good insight and expertise in the development of various industrial components involving the modelling of multi-physical components such as Design of HVAC, thermal management of vehicles, electronic components and other mechanical and electrical systems, aerodynamics of automobiles, Design,  and testing of ventilation systems. 

As Software developer I have good expertise on programming skills in C, C++, Python, Fortran and possess good expertise in using packages such as COMSOL, OpenFoam, SimFlow, Ansys CFX, StarCCM, FlowSim, Fluent and other multi-phase software.

I would now like to bring my personal strengths such as adaptability to take on new challenges and responsibilities, creativity, independence, enthusiastic and fast learning, explore new techniques, and accuracy in my way of working as well as my pronounced ability to work in a team to your company with all my energy. 

I have many years of professional experience in programming, software development and project management. In industries, 
it has always been important to have strong communication skills as well as mental and physical resilience.

solution-oriented thinking has been a great advantage in the companies I worked so far.

Over the span of my career, I worked as Researcher, Developer, technical lead and Project Manager and I worked and directed the CFD software development 
and Consultancy services. Acquired good insight and expertise in designing various Industrial components and automated Process lines. 
Design of HVAC, Rotating Components of Turbomachinery, Vehicle Thermal management, Aerodynamics of automobiles,Design and testing of Ventilation systems.

During my 15 years of career, I gained expertise in CFD software development (I implemented Multi-Phase and 2-Phase 
flow, MHD models in CFD Software, Bug fixing and parallization of FVM code), Hands on expertise on various CFD tools and project management skills. 
Performed numerical modelling in both 1D and 3D, Implemented Software Coupling, and Interfacing using Fortran and C++. 
Carved a Niche in LBM modelling and directed the development of various modules in LBM software of earlier employment. 
I personally developed a 3D LBM serial code in C++ and Python out of passion. Implemented MHD, CHT and scalar transport successfully.

With the Subject mater expertise in Mechanical Engineering and CFD, I am confident that I possess strong potential to work and direct 
any Projects assigned to me. Further, I can tune myself as per the requirements to take up any challenging assignment such as development, testing
Designing, conduct experiments, Project management, Customer support and Training, Sales etc and live up to the expectations of Organisation.

 completed my PhD in Fluid and Thermal Sciences from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2008.
