    Intern Sales Assistant

    Honeywell islooking for Internship who will be trained in 6 months (possibilityto + 6 moth more) as Intern Sales Assistant for ourHoneywellBuilding Solutions (HBS) division based in Cologno Monzese (MI).Honeywell Building Solutions is a$2.5B strategic business unit inside of Honeywell's Global BuildingTechnologies Business.     Position summary:

    The dynamic nature of this rolerequires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and interactseamlessly and with aprofessional attitude with the regional Senior Managementteam. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handlealsosensitive and con fi dential information while exercising professionalism role requires you to work with theregional sales leadership team on handling of fi ce-management duties, makingtravel arrangements,handling calendar events, organizing reports anddocuments, setting up meetings and interna/external sales events and moresimilar duties.

    Your responsibilities:

    · Manage scheduling for company leadership team.

    · Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.

    · Analyze priorities and give support when needed.

    · Coordinate travel arrangements.

    · Develop an understanding of our various activities and initiatives.

    · Analyze market intelligence data and create reports.

    You will need to:

    · Work with regional sales leadership team.

    · Work with cross functional team.

    · Work with internal / external agencies.

    Must have (No prior skills are required however following experience will be preferred):

    · Communicative knowledge of German and English.

    · Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

    · Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

    · Excellent organization and time-management skills.

    · Knowledge of CRM systems.

    · Experience in Digital / social media.

    · Excellent written and verbal communications.

    · Ability to operate collaboratively.

    Requirements: (Nice to have)

    · You are a student of bachelors' or master's degree in business/economy.

    · Willingness to learn and further your education.
