- Definition of the product group strategy and the supplier portfolio
- Handling the enquiry and quotation process as well as evaluating, selecting and developing national and international suppliers
- Independent contract and price negotiations with suppliers
- Carrying out SWOT and benchmark analyses
- Global coordination and communication of the strategy
- Completed commercial technical training (apprenticeship, HTL) or studies (FH, university) ideally in the field of mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry or an international industrial company, purchasing experience of cast parts an advantage
- Business fluent in English, good knowledge of German an advantage
- Proactive and dynamic personality with a high technical affinity and passion for our high-tech products
- Communicative team player with negotiating skills and ERP routine, ideally in SAP
