    • Minimum 1 year's experience in hospitality/customer service
    • Positive attitude and natural ability to deliver excellent team-based customer service across cultures
    • High school graduate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
    • Fluent written and spoken English; speaking another language is an advantage
    • Tall enough (at least160cm) to reach equipment on all aircraft types
