    Das Semperit Graduate Trainee-Programm ist ein ~18 monatiges Ausbildungsprogramm, das motivierte und talentierte Absolventen und Absolventinnen nach ihrem Studienabschluss individuell fördert und so zu den Experten und Expertinnen sowie Nachwuchsführungskräften der Zukunft macht. Das Trainee-Programm bildet die perfekte Basis für alle weiteren Karriereschritte bei Semperit

    Was Sie erwartet:

    • Sie arbeiten während des Graduate-Trainee Programms in mindestens 2 verschiedenen Abteilungen, um an interessanten Projekten mitzuarbeiten und verschiedene Arbeitsbereiche zu erkunden
    • Im ersten Assignment lernen Sie vertiefend die Welt der Technik im Bereich Maintenance Engineering unseres Standortes Wimpassing kennen
    • Angepasst an Ihre Karriereziele sammeln Sie weitere Erfahrungen in einem oder 2 weiteren Assignments in anderen Bereichen (z.B. Logistik, Energy Improvement oder Projektmanagement)
    • Sie erhalten somit einzigartige Einblicke in die Gesamtstruktur von Semperit und lernen die wichtigsten Kernbereiche und die dahinterliegenden Prozesse und Menschen bei Semperit kennen
    • Sie werden während des Trainee-Programms im Zuge eines Mentorships begleitet

    Was uns wichtig ist:

    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Bereich (HTL, FH, Uni)
    • Absolvierte Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten von Vorteil
    • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Ausgeprägte "Hands-on" Mentalität und Kommunikationsgeschick
    • Genauigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
    • Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

    Bruttomonatsgehalt Vollzeit: ab € 3.400,- (inkl. einer 10h Überstundenpauschale) / Je nach Berufserfahrung oder Qualifikation zahlen wir gerne mehr.
