About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d) to be an integral part of our team in Graz. It ́s a part-time position (approx. 20 hours). Reporting to the HR Manager, you support the HR team and the overall employee experience of all Magna Corporate Austria employees.

Your Responsibilities

Assist with all HR-related inquiries or requests

Provide HR project support to HR business partners (Talent Management, Learning & Development, Onboarding, KPI Reports, etc.)

Support with recruitment-related topics

Organize and coordinate meetings, events, anniversary gifts, appreciation presents, etc.

Ensure data integrity is maintained and make recommendations for corrective action as appropriate in HRIS

Support payroll where required

Support improving HR processes (reporting landscape, knowledge transfer)

Prepare communication material (presentations, training material, newsletters)

Take over onboarding and offboarding process

Other duties as required

Who we are looking for

Min. 2 years of experience in HR or a related field

Full understanding of HR functions and best practices

Fluent in German and English

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge of Austrian labor law is an asset

Payroll Skills are an asset

SAP HR / Workday experience is an asset

Your preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
