    Job Description

    Prepare media production equipment for rental

    In this role, you are responsible for checking equipment in and out of the warehouse, ensuring all items are returned in working condition following established check routines, and maintaining and organizing dedicated storage solutions for both existing and new equipment in the warehouse.

    Booking & client communication

    Furthermore, you are responsible for scheduling and quote rentals, and you will advise and provide custom client focused solutions.

    Service of media production equipment

    You will be responsible for setting up and following check routines for cameras, lenses and accessories. Ensure all equipment is in good working order by managing repairs and maintenance of equipment internally or externally.

    Develop equipment portfolio and maintain database

    With your experience and up-to-date knowledge of professional media production equipment, you'll support our team in optimizing our equipment portfolio for Red Bull production needs and keeping the booking system updated with the correct data.

    Research, testing and deploying new equipment and technical solutions

    You take charge of researching and testing new equipment and production trends. Anything between a new action camera and the newest high-end equipment.

    Qualifications

    Minimum one year of work experience in a camera rental house

    Experience in video production and service of production equipment.

    Profound knowledge, interest, and passion for moving image production

    Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

    Commitment to following documented processes and procedures

    Knowledge in Windows and Mac OS X, as well as MS Office

    Driving license class B

    Drone License A1/A3

    Additional Information

    Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
