We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager tojoin our team and drive growth in strategic accounts across Centraland Latin America in the Air Traffic Management sector. The primarygoal is to oversee and align business stakeholders to meet specifictargets through the implementation of tailored strategies for keyaccounts. Key Account Management (KAM) involves focused sales,business development, and program management efforts with our keyaccounts. The key to success lies in cultivating enduring customerrelationships, gaining a profound understanding of their businessdomain, and aligning with their strategic planningcycles.

    Key Task
      Following,your key responsibilities related to this position:
    • Understanding customer budget allocation and procurementprocesses
    • Cultivating and enhancing enduringcustomer relationships
    • RepresentingFrequentis' full solutions and services portfolio,generating an updated, multi-year sales funnel with cross andupselling opportunities
    • Meeting business quotasand key objectives/metrics for assigned key accounts within amatrix organization (order intake, operating performance,contribution margin, customer satisfactionindex)
    • Overseeing program management to ensuretimely and successful delivery of solutions andservices
    • Strategizing business development withkey accounts, including identifying potential, advancinginnovations, analyzing competition, and developing key accountunique selling propositions (USPs)
    KeyQualifications
    • Good understanding ofclient relationship management and sales processes, demonstratedthrough prior roles as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, orsimilar positions
    • Thorough understanding ofAir Traffic Management or comparable safety-critical domains
    • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centricapproach, adept at collaborating across cultures and functionswithin a global organization
    • Sound knowledgeof business administration and experience in customer servicemanagement
    • Solid experience with CRM softwareand MS Office, particularly MS Excel
    • Provenability to effectively communicate, present, and influence keystakeholders across all organizational levels, including executivesand C-levels
    • Leadership skills essential fornavigating a matrix organization
    • Possessesintercultural competence and is proficient in working within(virtual) teams
    • International travel commitmentis set at 50% for this role as well as proficiency in both Spanishand Englisch, German would be advantageous

    Theremuneration for this position consists of: The collectiveagreement minimum salary of EUR gross per year (based on a38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the marketdepending on your professional qualifications and experience.
