- Du hast Interesse an der Weiterbildung in Richtung Success Factors Employee Central oder hast bereits Erfahrungen mit Implementierungen von SuccessFactors Employee Central im Kontext SAP-Payroll und hast somit die Möglichkeit in unseren hybriden HXM Projekten zu unterstützen
- Du verbindest dein Wissen rund um Neuerungen oder neue Technologien, um Optimierungspotenziale zu erkennen und weist unsere Kunden und unser Team gezielt darauf hin
- Du gibst dein Wissen gerne weiter und bist es gewohnt, als Mentor oder Coach für weniger erfahrene Kolleg*innen zu agieren
