Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Expert to lead Bybit EU's Internal Audit function across its European operations.You will be responsible for developing and executing the internal audit strategy, ensuring robust controls, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management in a rapidly evolving environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you will both shape the audit framework and perform audit work directly when needed.
- Develop, implement,and maintain a comprehensive internal audit framework and strategy for Bybit EU.
- Planand execute risk-based internal audits across finance ,operations ,compliance ,IT,and cybersecurity .
