- Verantwortlich für Kund:innendienstaktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Aktualisierung, Fehlersuche, Diagnose und Reparatur von hochkomplexen Investitionsgütern bei Kund:innen
- Sicherstellung von der Betriebsqualität der Systemausrüstung
- Koordination der Maßnahmen mit Kund:innen, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren
- Unterstützung der Installationsingenieur:innen bei der Lösung von Problemen
- Inlands- und Auslandsreisen können erforderlich sein
- Zertifizierte:r Ingenieur:in, Abschluss einer technischen Hochschule oder etwa 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme in den Bereichen Software, Elektronik, Optik, Mechanik sowie elektromechanische und elektrooptische Systeme zu verstehen und zu lösen, um Kund:innen vor Ort zu unterstützen
- Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie analytische und Problemlösungskompetenzen
- Starke Fähigkeit zur Kund:innenbetreuung und Zusammenarbeit in einem multikulturellen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein B
