    Deine Rolle im Team
    Du übernimmst die Leitung eines Teams aus acht Software- und Systemarchitekten.
    Dein Team und du übernehmt Architekturaufgaben für unser modernstes Kernprodukt, an dem eine Entwicklungsmannschaft von über 100 Mitarbeiter*innen arbeitet.
    Gemeinsam sichtet ihr die Anforderungen und erstellt daraus technische Konzepte und leitet daraus Enabler für den Architectural Runway ab.

    Qualifikationen
    Du hast Spaß am Fördern und Fordern deines Teams, findest dich in unseren Produkten wieder und motivierst durch deine Begeisterung deine Kolleg*innen.
    Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.
    Offene Kommunikation und Transparenz liegen dir am Herzen und du arbeitest gerne an gemeinsamen Zielen.
    Erfahrung
    Dich qualifiziert mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Architektur von modernen Webanwendungen.
    Wir freuen uns, wenn du schon Führungserfahrung mitbringst – coachen dich aber auch gerne, wenn du gerade erst in dieses Tätigkeitsfeld einsteigst.
