  • Degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Business Administration or other equivalent qualification
  • Related work experience (SAP) of more than 5 years
  • Very strong experiences with SAP CRM FPC / SAP CRM WebUI
  • Experiences with Ordering and Claim & Return Process in CRM
  • Aftermarket Background
  • Very good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • A highly motivated team and an open communication style
