    Beschreibung

    We, the IT of REWE Group Austria, with more than 600 employees, develop innovative IT products and services for all our divisions in Austria and abroad and set the tone for modern retail. As a product team, we are responsible for a reliable, scalable and secure way to use authentication and authorization services. Our work provides REWE-IT with a path to a new technology stack. The main purpose of the product is to provide the complex issues of authentication and authorization through a central platform for our other products.

    • Assessment of the company's needs and identification of potential improvements

    • Development of sustainable technical solution proposals organizational or system related identification of benefits/risks

    • Analysis and documentation of business processes and different needs within the product AAA

    • Collecting and documenting needs in the form of diagrams, descriptions, acceptance criteria, etc. (e.g., framework, context, functional requirements, quality requirements)

    • Follow relevant trends, provide impetus for new ideas / innovations and proactively participate in the development of innovative solutions e.g. for an optimal omnichannel experience for our customers

    • Monitor customer behavior and competitors

    • Supports the requirements analysis (costs / benefits / risks)

    • Ensure stakeholder acceptance based on acceptance criteria

    • Supports the team in the implementation and testing of requirements (e.g. by clarifying open business questions)

    Qualifications

    • You have good IT knowledge and/or a corresponding education

    • You convince with your professional experience in IT projects

    • Analytical thinking and understanding of business processes

    • Basic knowledge of modeling notations such as UML and BPMN

    • Basic knowledge of authorization concepts

    • Good communication and visualization skills

    • Good knowledge of German and English
