In-Room Dining Server Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and ensuring smooth service operations in our In Room Dining department
Delivering Room Service orders to the room
Checking and stocking of the minibar
creating a unique restaurant experience in the guests room and handling complaints

Your Qualifications:

A sound training in the upscale hotel industry is advantageous
Passion for creating a unique guest experience
An independent and self-responsible way of working
resilience, teamwork and flexibility
Good knowledge of German and / or English, additional foreign languages are advantageous

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.026,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
