    Wir bei markta, eine führende Plattform für bäuerliche und regionale Produkte aus nachhaltiger Erzeugung, suchen eine:n Filialleiter:in, um unser Team zu verstärken. Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2017 haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, ein faires und nachhaltiges Lebensmittelsystem in Österreich aufzubauen. Mit unserer ersten markta Filiale in Wien bieten wir über 1.000 Produkte von regionalen Klein- und Familienbetrieben an.

    Aufgaben

    • Verantwortung für den betriebswirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Filialbetriebs
    • Einhaltung von gesetzlichen sowie behördlichen Auflagen der Filiale in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement
    • Leitung der täglichen operativen Abläufe in der markta Filiale
    • Verantwortung über Führung, Einsatzplanung und Entwicklung sämtlicher Filialmitarbeiter:innen
    • Umsetzung des markta Verkaufskonzeptes unter Einhaltung des definierten Style Guides
    • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Kund:innenservices und einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation
    • Aktive Mitarbeit auf der Verkaufsfläche und Mitwirken bei Eventorganisationen in Abstimmung mit der Zentrale
    • Überwachung und Optimierung der Lagerbestände sowie Bestellvorgänge
    • Laufende Analysen der Kennzahlen und Erstellung von Reports inkl. proaktiver Maßnahmen- und Handlungsempfehlungen

    Qualifikation

    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung
    • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Lebensmittelbereich
    • Hohe Affinität für regionale und nachhaltige Lebensmittel
    • Begeisterung für unsere Kund:innen und Produkte
    • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
    • Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu optimieren
    • Hand-ons Mentalität und lösungsorientiertes Denken
    • Vorbildfunktion und intrinsische Motivation zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung
    • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten
    • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

    Als Online-Plattform für bäuerliche, regionale Produkte aus nachhaltiger Erzeugung hat sich markta in Österreich seit 2017 einen Namen gemacht. Seit Anfang Juli 2023 haben wir unseren erste markta Superbauernmarkt in der Alser Straße 16, 1090 Wien geöffnet, dort werden über 1.000 Produkte von regionalen Klein- und Familienbetrieben verkauft. Gleichzeitig wollen wir ein faires & nachhaltiges Lebensmittelsystem für Mensch, Tier & Umwelt aufbauen: globale Strukturen beim Lebensmittelkonsum vermeiden, Bewusstsein für regionale Produzent:innen und Produkte schaffen und Treibhausgase sowie CO2- Emissionen einsparen.
