- Define target state architecture and develop phased roadmaps that front load business value and deliver critical capabilities to enable digital transformation.
- Work with Solution architects, Business teams, Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, Developers to define end to end architecture that incorporates application, information, integration, security.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity on enterprise solution designs.
- Establish and lead the Dynatrace Enterprise Architecture Council comprised of cross functional representation from R&D, EDE, Business Systems to review changes that impact the overall enterprise architecture.
- Define business architecture framework (capability models/ assessments, organizational frameworks, process frameworks).
- Evolve and enable team on technical architecture (state diagrams, systems diagrams, design patterns, integration architecture, data architecture).
- Provide architecture oversight of application and technology projects and programs.
- Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model and mentor for other solution and integration architects.
- 12+ years of IT architecture and/or software delivery experience across multiple disciplines
- 10+ yrs Salesforce multi-cloud experience including Sales, Revenue, Experience, Services
- HS Diploma or GED is required
- Hands- on experienced technologist with deep expertise in enterprise systems architecture, solution design, integration design, new/existing product & technology assessments.
- A customer first mindset to drive architecture that is scalable, secure, cloud first, cost effective and increase business agility.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, and QTC consumption models in B2B context
- Strong understanding of Architectural Frameworks like TOGAF as well as ability to adapt to new paradigms
- Deep understanding of Business, Application and Technology Capability model and demonstrable experience driving Architecture around Business Capabilities while working in Agile teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills to both executives, technical architects and developers
- Experience with public companies is highly preferred
- Experience with SAS back office technologies including SAP, NS, ZenDesk, Varicent is a plus
