Our client is one of the most popular and successful food retailers with modern, internationally operating group of companies. Due to their global growth, they are expanding their team. We are looking for committed individuals to help shape their worldwide strategies and processes located in Upper Austria

• Developing automated warehouse technology solutions based on the technical evaluation and analysis of current warehouse processes and data (e.g. incoming and outgoing goods volumes).
• Define requirements, develop material flow diagrams and layouts, and perform cost estimations
• Elaboration of specifications, requests for proposals and evaluation of offers for the selection of suitable technology partners
• Strategic partner for the project teams on site during realization, commissioning and ramp-up of the projects
• Strategic conceptual design of maintenance and repair of automated intralogistics sites to increase and ensure plant availability
• Creation and implementation of global standards for intralogistics
• Control and responsibility for process optimization
• Continuous and cross-national coordination within the international project team
• Market observation and analysis for the future-oriented further development of our intralogistics
• completed studies in the field of technical logistics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar fields with reference to material flow systems
• several years of relevant professional experience in warehouse automation with consultants, manufacturers of intralogistics or users
• very good knowledge of logistics planning and technical intralogistics (materials handling, automation, planning of systems and equipment in intralogistics)
• knowledge of warehouse processes in retail is an advantage
• analytical and logical way of thinking with a strong affinity for numbers and data
• independent and organized way of working
• full commitment and flexibility
• very good knowledge of English
• willingness to travel

Our customer offers the opportunity to develop personally and professionally in an innovative and modern working environment in a responsible and long-term position. A gross annual salary of at least EUR 90,000 (gross, on a full-time basis) is planned for this position. With the appropriate qualifications and experience, a significant overpayment is possible. Also they offer Relocation support (including visa/work permit application, housing search and relocation allowance) in accordance with company guidelines.
