- You will lead Lenzing's team of Global Key Account Managers for Brands & Retailers, setting priorities, coordinating activities & collaboration; developing, guiding, challenging and supporting team members in the implementation of joint Business Development activities build on and expand partnerships
- You will define and drive account plans for Global Key Accounts and collaborate with the Global Key Account Managers and BD experts to operationalize plans into annual & quarterly sales, conduct target / performance assessments, and take appropriate action in case of deviation
- You will manage and grow key client relationships across all levels, including travel to customers and Lenzing sites of approximately 50-70% days/month); and drive joint product developments & branding initiatives at Global Key Accounts
- You will ensure achievement of sales-, profit-, specified supplier business- and market share targets of Global Key Accounts, in alignment with virtual teams in Regions
- You will provide customer & market insight to other commercial teams and the Textile Business Management team; and train, mentor and coach Business Development managers across all regions to transfer technical and sustainability knowledge and key commercial skills.
- You have at least 10 years of business experience in fashion Brands and fashion or textile Brand owners, with solid knowledge of the Textile supply chain
- You hold a degree in Textile Engineering or another technical field; or in International Business, Sales Management, Marketing, Economics or similar
- You are skilled at identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable tasks
- You are adept at analyzing sales statistics and determining the appropriate actions to take, you combine big picture with an eye for detail and win-win solutions
- You have advanced IT skills (CRM, MS Office, MS Outlook) and you are proficient in spoken & written Business English (B2)
- You are an empathetic person, a fast learner, a great communicator, and a good listener, with a can-do attitude, a hands-on mentality, and excellent customer service skills
