- Be our point person for day-to-day operations of our office
- Welcome our visitors to our office, such as our customers, candidates, suppliers and other guests
- Receive, sort and handle all incoming correspondence including mails, emails and phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Organise the office layout, help with its planning and coordinate office moves
- Manage our office supplies, place orders and make sure we are always well stocked
- Coordinate our cleaning staff, handle our maintenance needs and involve our landlord whenever necessary
- Support us in various organisational or administrative tasks
- to be happy to communicate in both German and English
- a valid work permit for Austria
- have gained the first experience in a similar role in the service sector

- An extensive compensation package
According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2,396 gross per month (full-time), however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience - A dynamic team in an open and inclusive work atmosphere
