    Job Description

    DEVELOP HR PROCESSES AND TOOL

    As Global HRIS Specialist (Human Resource Information Systems), you'll maintain HR processes and tools. Together with your manager and team colleagues you'll have the great opportunity to further develop and implement them on a global level.

    BE A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

    You'll act as point of contact for questions related to our HR tools and systems and coordinate incidents. With your curious mind and in collaboration with our IT department, you'll find the best possible solution.

    MASTER CHANGES AND OTHER PROJECTS

    You'll manage enhancement projects and change requests whilst keeping Red Bull's unique methodology and standards in mind. With tailored projects, you'll realize your potential and master your strengths.

    HOLD TRAININGS & MAINTAIN DOCUMENTATION

    As an expert, you are prepared to share your knowledge within the global HRIS team and your HR colleagues and provide them with on-demand trainings. Additionally, you'll maintain tool and process documentation.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 2 years of professional experience as HRIS Specialist, preferably with international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department.

    University Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or similar.

    Fluent in English, any additional language is beneficial.

    Knowledge and professional experience of minimum 2 years with an HR IT system, ideally SAP HR and SuccessFactors.

    Experience in project management and application maintenance, ideally with a regional or international scope.

    Able to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

    Very good analytical skills

    Excellent communication skills to address all levels within the HR and other departments, including presentation and training skills.

    Additional Information

    Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
