You will be responsible for creating the business cases behind our service package offerings, whilst tailoring them to our customer's needs
You will design and facilitate service packages. From extended warranty to carefree service and maintenance packages, your task is to satisfy customer wants whilst generating revenue
You will lead negotiations with 3rd party suppliers such as reinsurers to establish the best possible care packages for our customers
You will accompany the integration of new products into our end-to-end customer journey
You will work closely with our eCommerce and Marketing teams to create a diverse product offering of aftersales products
You will develop new initiatives along with developing current offerings to evolve our aftersales products portfolio with emphasis on revenue generation
You will work in an agile and cross-functional team with the opportunity to travel when needed
We work in a Hybrid model with both office and remote working on offer
You have a degree in business management, business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
You have experience working in strategy & business development, preferably in the automotive industry or at a leading consultancy firm. A start-up environment in the automotive industry is also considered good experience
You have a firm grasp of Aftersales processes in the automotive industry
You have an independent, goal-oriented and organized way of working, with excellent analytical skills and a structured way of thinking
You have a high affinity for the automotive industry, especially for electric mobility, combined with extensive knowledge of the automotive market, market segments and competitors
Excellent understanding and grasp of Microsoft office and teams programs
You love working in a dynamic, fast paced and international environment with an agile way of working
Your English is C1 or C2 level (fluency in a non-German European language or Mandarin is a plus). German is not required but a bonus at any level
You have good time management skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities with changing deadlines
